Sometimes, we just need to stop…and breathe. Meet us at the park for a fun and fabulous outdoor yoga flow. Beginners welcome!
Join us for a 50-minute Saturday morning yoga flow featuring the sounds, smells and sensations of Mother Nature. We will get much needed fresh air while breathing and moving mindfully together! This event will be led by Registered Yoga Teacher, Juliana Singleton.
We will meet at 12:30pm. Flow begins at 1:00pm.
